While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, Matshri Agencies is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, transportation disruptions, or regional restrictions.

6. Incorrect Delivery Details

Customers must provide accurate delivery information. Orders returned due to incorrect address or customer unavailability may require additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Matshri, we deal in agricultural machinery spare parts and components. Due to the nature of these products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been confirmed and dispatched.

Please read the following carefully before placing your order:

1. No Return / No Exchange

All products sold on our website are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after dispatch.

2. Product Verification Before Purchase

Customers are responsible for:

  • Verifying brand and model requirements

If you are unsure about compatibility, please contact us before placing your order.

3. Damaged or Wrong Item (Exception Case)

In case you receive:

  • A physically damaged product, or

  • A wrong product sent by us

You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos

  • Order number

  • Unboxing video (if available)

After verification, we will resolve the issue appropriately.

4. Used or Installed Products

Products that have been:

  • Installed

  • Used

  • Tampered with

Will not be eligible for any replacement under any circumstances.
